It's taken a long time, but the Dutch Toazted Media people have just published a video interview with Ian which was recorded in May 2006. Although shows in an old tour of the Netherlands are mentioned, it is still an interesting interview about Ian's passion for the blues, and features some live music clips too.
The interview is at http://www.toazted.com/interview/958/Parker,-Ian.html or the Dutch language site at http://www.toazted.nl/interview/958/Parker,-Ian.html - the actual interview is in English on both sites, of course...

Ian opened the show for Blues/Rock legend Gary Moore at Altes Kino in Rankweil, Austria on 7th May 2006. Many of the audience had never heard of Ian before, so they were in for a life-changing experience! There's a very enthusiastic review of the show in the reviews section.
